PRINTED CARDS & MATERIALS
We strongly recommend that you order samples to get a touch and feel of the paper and printing before placing your final order with us. We do not accept any cancellations of orders and refund payments except in the following specific situations.
Scenario 1:
- Cancellation before you give us a confirmation to print your cards – In such cases, if the order value exceeds Rs. 15,000, we will issue you a refund of the amount received from you after deducting Rs. 15,000. Note: Refunds can only be processed within 3 months of placing the order.
Scenario 2:
- Cancellation after you give us a confirmation to print your cards – A refund isn’t possible at this stage. This is because our production team begins the process of printing immediately after your confirmation to have your cards printed.
DIGITAL/E-CARDS AND OTHER DIGITAL PRODUCTS
We do not accept any cancellations of orders or issue refunds for digital / e-cards.
LIMITED LIABILITY
All cancellation requests for any order should be made by e-mail, clearly giving the order details. Any cancellation and refund shall be subject to the conditions above and limited to the monetary value of the payment received against that order after deduction of applicable bank charges for refunding the amount.

All our goods are personalized and/or printed based on your specific requirements. Before proceeding with any printing personalization, we will seek your proof approval to ensure accuracy. This way, you can be confident that your order will meet your expectations.
Handmade Nature and Variation: –
We utilize handcrafted processes, handmade paper, and materials in the production of many of our invitations and products. Please note that certain variations in the final product are natural and should not be considered defects. These variations add to the uniqueness and charm of our handmade items.
We make every effort to ensure that the products we showcase are accurately represented through our photographs and videos. However, it is important to note that in certain situations, there may be slight variations between the appearance of the product on the screen and the physical product itself. We kindly request our customers understand that these variations should not be considered grounds for product rejection or refund requests.
Sample Order: –
We provide sample orders to give you an idea of the product’s look and feel. Please note that there may be a time gap between the sample order and placing the bulk order, which could result in a different batch being used. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the possibility of using substitute raw materials, there may be variations in the bulk order compared to the sample order. These variations are sometimes inevitable and should not be a reason for the dispute, rejection, or chargeback. We maintain high-quality standards and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Final Sale Policy: –
As our goods are personalized and produced specifically for each customer’s order, all sales made through our website are final. This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, rejected, or returned. We kindly request that you carefully review your order details, proofs, and specifications before completing your purchase.
No Refunds or Chargebacks: –
Due to the personalized nature of our products and the fact that they are created exclusively for each customer, we are unable to offer refunds or accept chargebacks under any circumstances.
